Spyros Sioutas is Professor at the Computer Engineering and Informatics Department of the University of Patras. His research covers algorithmic data management, spatio-temporal database systems, distributed data structures and peer-to-peer overlays, cloud infrastructures, indexing, query processing and query optimisation.
