Harmonized clinicogenomic cohorts linking tumor genomics to centrally reviewed pathology are essential for biomarker discovery in early breast cancer. We characterized pathogenic variants (PVs) and examined their associations with centrally assessed subtypes across four HeCOG adjuvant trials.
